Le Voile Americas LLC Billing Terms and Conditions

These Billing Terms and Conditions ("Billing Terms") apply to all purchases
made on the Le Voile Americas LLC ("we", "us", "our") Shopify e-commerce store. By
making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Billing Terms, as
well as our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. Please read these
Billing Terms carefully and contact us if you have any questions.

1. Payment Methods
We accept various payment methods, including credit cards (Visa,
MasterCard, American Express, and Discover), debit cards, and other payment methods supported by our payment processor, Shopify Payments.
All transactions are processed securely through Shopify Payments, and we do not store your payment information on our servers.

2.  Pricing and Currency
All prices displayed on our Shopify store are in US dollars (USD) and are
subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any
pricing errors that may occur. Your payment method will be charged in US dollars, and any currency conversion will be handled by your financial
institution.

3. Taxes
Applicable sales tax may be added to your order based on the shipping address you provide and if required by law. The tax amount will be calculated during the checkout process
and displayed before you complete your purchase. You are responsible for any taxes or fees imposed by your jurisdiction, that we do not collect.


4. Order Processing and Confirmation
Once you submit
an order, we will send you an order confirmation email. This email confirms that we have received your order but does not guarantee its
fulfillment or shipment. We reserve the right to accept or decline your
order for any reason, including but not limited to inventory
availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

5. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping and delivery fees, if applicable, will be added to your order during
the checkout process. Shipping and delivery times are estimates and are
not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by factors outside of our control, such as weather, carrier issues, or customs
processing.

6.Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We
will make every effort to accommodate your request, but we cannot
guarantee that we will be able to cancel an order once it has been submitted.
We offer a 7-day return policy for eligible items. To
initiate a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions on how to return your item(s) and
process your refund. Items must be returned in their original condition
and packaging. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the
return is due to our error or a defective product.

7.Google Merchant Compliance
Our Shopify store is compliant with Google Merchant guidelines. We follow
Google's guidelines for billing, including providing clear and accurate pricing information, disclosing all taxes and fees, and using secure
payment processing.

8.Changes to These Billing Terms
We may update these Billing Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice
on our website. Your continued use of our Shopify store after any changes signifies your acceptance of the updated Billing Terms.
